The 361° Joker 1 GT - War-horse, as the China-exclusive edition of Nikola Jokić’s first signature shoe, draws inspiration from the “Quán máo guā” among the Six Steeds of Zhaoling from the Tang Dynasty and skillfully incorporates elements of traditional Serbian Pirot carpets. The overall design presents a vintage coffee-brown hue, symbolizing the heroic imagery of a fine steed.
In terms of design, the upper features an interweaving of traditional leather and horsehair materials. The horsehair detailing on the outside echoes the texture of the warhorse’s mane, while the inside is treated with a velvet finish reminiscent of carpets, reflecting the clash of nomadic culture and Eastern aesthetics. The tongue of the shoe conceals an exclusive patterned Easter egg of Jokić and a carriage, complemented by dark brown rivets to enhance recognizability and storytelling.
