FREE RETURN = FREE PERMISSION
    “FREE RETURN” means you are welcome to send an item back within 45 days.
    It does NOT mean we pay the postage.
    • You cover the return cost unless the product is faulty or we shipped the wrong item.
    • Use any trackable service – parcels lost without tracking are not our responsibility.
    START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
    ① E-mail peterleecq@gmail.com with your order number and a quick photo of the product.
    ② We reply within 24 h with an RMA number and our warehouse address.
    ③ Pack everything in original, unused condition (shoe box must not have labels taped to it).
    ④ Write the order number on the outside and ship within 7 days.
    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FINAL SALE)
    • Strung badminton rackets
    • Custom-named jerseys or any personalised product
    • Gift cards, clearance marked “FINAL SALE”, opened underwear / socks
    These items are shown “non-returnable” at checkout and in your confirmation e-mail.
    WEAR-AND-TEAR DISCLAIMER
    • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items (including shoes and apparel) that are damaged due to normal wear, improper use. All our products are sourced directly from brand physical stores or official warehouses, and are in new, undamaged condition when shipped.
    REFUNDS
    • Product price is credited to your original payment method within 4-8 business days after we receive the parcel.
    • Original shipping fees (if you paid any) are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the order; exchange-rate swings are outside our control.
    EXCHANGES
    Tell us the new size/colour on the packing slip.
    If it is out of stock we automatically refund you instead.
    We will send you a link to pay the flat-rate postage for the replacement shipment.
    FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
    Snap a photo within 7 days of delivery → and offer a full replacement OR complete refund, including any delivery charge you originally paid.
    STATUTORY RIGHTS
    If you live in the EU or UK the legal 14-day cooling-off period still applies and is not affected by this policy.
