Merchandise purchased on our Li Ning shop may be returned for a refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase if it meets the following conditions:
Refunds on returns will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product amount. Shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded from original purchase, only the total amount of the products ordered.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 4-8 business days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly printed statement. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.
Shop LiNing is not able to accept return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than our online shop. To return products purchased at another store, please return product to the retail location where it was purchased.
If you wish to exchange your merchandise for a different style or size, please make a note on your packing slip of the size/style you wish to exchange for and include this slip in your shipment. If you packing slip was misplaced, please contact us and we will issue you a new one.
You can return products to us if there is any size problem or quality problem.
However, due to high shipping cost for international shipping, you need to pay return shipping fee. You can get the return shipment fee back from https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/returns if you pay by PayPal.
